api.aarch.net is operated & maintained by Jay Salway and can be contacted using the email address admin@48bit.net.

We collect important data directly tied to the usage of the API endpoints on all endpoints (Public & Private). This is from the account using the endpoint, to the bandwidth used, or how many requests have been sent. However, when applying for access to certain scopes, we require the Full Legal Name, Email Address, etc of the applicant. This is kept in an encrypted state and is kept for up to 30 days after the application and the duration of the user's access to these scopes, and up to an additonal 30 days after access has expired.

We are not a legally registered entity, however we do operate within the United Kingdom. The Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR both apply across the entire network.
